Self-care… its one of those things we do to show our bodies how much we care. Our bodies do a lot for us, and taking the time to periodically do little things to make us feel good and cared for is the key to living happier and healthier. And just like Grandma’s homemade cookies always taste better than the ones bought from the store, I feel like making our own DIY face mask has a similar ingredient that store-bought products lack: a little Love.

When we spend time and energy on what we make, it feels better… it works better… and our bodies seem to appreciate it more. And nothing quite says “I love you” to your skin more than a simple DIY… especially when your intent on caring for your skin is centered on love.
